Ok, Here is a female gear that I had sketched up awhile ago for a forum on females in the Gears of War universe.
I kinda went a different way on the chest plates, so yeah they kinda look wierd. She is holding a helmet, Indicating that she wears one to hide that pretty face.
Took me about 20 minutes, on acount of I needed some reference.

I think it would just be more logical in the gears the universe if they had female soldiers. That's a whole other pool of recruits the military could tap into it, and considering how bad things are they could use all the help they can get.
